Creating shapes! An incredible result from my amazing client Anita Allison. Anita lost 7kg of body fat, 8cm off her waist and 5cm off her glutes while also becoming the strongest she has ever been. The plan was simple, effective and realistic. She trained 2-3 times per week and followed a flexible nutrition plan that incorporated all the foods she loved.
She achieved this huge transformation while being told and believing that it wouldn’t just be difficult to lose body fat, but that she may actually be susceptible to weight gain due to certain medication she was taking. Liz came to me with the goal to lose body fat and build muscle mass, however at times she was doubtful about the amount of progress she would make due to her medication.
Ally’s journey is the definition of lifestyle-focused fitness and demonstrates that you don’t need to sacrifice your lifestyle to get standout results. When Ally joined the program, she had limited knowledge around training and nutrition. Fast forward to today, she is not only educated on proper nutrition and effective training, but she has learnt how to incorporate fitness into her lifestyle. Throughout Ally’s journey, she would attend multiple social events per week. I remember a time when she had a different event each day of the week.
Mackenzie has blown me away over the past few months. She went from spinning her wheels and feeling like she wasn't making any progress in her fitness journey, to getting in the best shape of her life and achieving an exceptional transformation. Taylor initially joined the program with a focus on mastering nutrition, learning how to fuel her body adequately and forming sustainable habits. She was not driven by aesthetics, rather she wanted to build long-term habits and routines. After a few months of prioritizing long-term habits and nutritional education, she decided to move into a fat loss phase. Transitioning into this phase was seamless, thanks to the foundation of habits and routines she had built. Our strategy emphasized a balanced deficit to achieve outstanding results while accommodating her lifestyle.
An exceptional result from my client Maryanne. When Maryanne signed up with Bfit in January, her original goal was to reach 74kg in time for her 31st birthday in April. As of May, she successfully shed over 10kg, made remarkable progress in her fitness and strength, and experienced notable improvements in her overall health, confirmed by recent blood tests. Prior to joining Bfit, Maryanne had already lost 30kg on her own (I know, incredible right!!). Despite this, the last 10kg seemed impossible. She tried everything from strict diets to relentless cardio sessions, however this only left her feeling bloated and struggling to reduce fluid retention.
